Our Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the product(s). We will accept returned IncogniD’or merchandise only if it complies with the criteria set forth herein.
The purchased product(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You must contact us and request a return within 14 days of the date of delivery of your online order. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of delivery of your online order.
Swimwear, underwear, and intimate products and products purchased on sale are not eligible for returns.
Products purchased from our retail store or a retail stockist must be returned to the store in which it was purchased.

Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
You will be credited the amount you paid for the returned products(s) and the shipping fee for said product(s) you paid when you made the purchase. Unfortunately, any additional charges beyond our control, such as taxes and VAT, cannot be refunded. In addition, you (the customer) will have to bear shipping costs related to the return of the product(s). We highly recommend returning the product(s) via an insured shipping service that allows the package to be tracked, to guarantee delivery.
If the return does not meet the criteria set forth herein and rejected, we will send the product(s) back to you.
You may cancel your order at any time before we ship it to you. Once you receive the shipping confirmation, it will no longer be possible to cancel your order. We are unable to process exchanges in our system at this time. You will need to go through the normal return process and purchase the item you prefer. Please contact us first to make sure we have the correct items in stock.
